Error code 502 with new Armoury Crate update!

Somebody moved my post there, but I don't have Zephyrus laptop, I have a desktop, so, THIS IS NOT A LAPTOP RELATED ISSUE.


Dear all and ASUS!

I am getting 502 error code when I forced to install your software. And I am not the only one, more and more people complaining about this error.

I tried everything, except Win reinstall, what I don't want to do.

I tried your uninstaller...no change.
Several reboots, switching off antivirus, runing everything in admin mode...no change.
Every driver/software is up to date and legal on my computer.

Please, if anybody knows the solution, (or an alternative software to replace this), don't hesitate to provide the information.

I should have had you guys send your logs to MasterC@ROG. At the bottom of the instructions under Installation Error, MasterC@ROG would like you to send him a private message with the direct link to your log.

Click on MasterC@ROG then click private message.

There are few different root causes for the 502 error, please record a log so that we can check it, thanks.

I created a new Windows User, Removed all RGB Software, used Armoury Crate uninstaller, did Windows Updates, resettet the BIOS(which is Up to date) , installed .net again, used CCleaner and so on........
Nothing did help after the newest Armoury Crate Update I can't get Armoury Crate to work. The old Armoury Crate did work fine but does automatic Update......
The old AURA (Lighting_Control_1.07.79_V2.2) does work but I really not want to have that installed, so for now I use OpenRGB with Static Mode because ASUS really sucks. I use a Strix B550 F-Gaming Board.

For the AI Noise-Cancelling, I now use the Nvidia Broadcast software. Wow..........

I'm not happy with Armoury Crate it is the worst. Had terrible experience with it.
When will you fix this?

I never had this issues with Gigabyte's RGB Fusion for example.
Stop the damn automatic Updates, please.
I really regret that I have bought this overpriced board, it is a pain (for me)
