Crate V5.2.12.0 and MZ690E Shutdown Effect

This new version 5.2.12.0 does not allow me to change the shutdown effect on my MZ690E. I can even disable the shutdown effect but it still defaults automatically to the rainbow effect. Changing to static or any other effect is futile. Defaults every time to rainbow. …and I did uninstall and reinstall the application. Didn’t help.

After reviewing the logs, we are still not sure why PWN3D and MarcioTB are both missing the MB HAL log. We could not replicate even with the same MBs. Anyone of you okay with a remote debug? Please message me to organize a time. You can prepare by downloading TeamViewer then send me your ID and password.

asus support is so bad and asus boards too.

how is it possible that with a 1200 euros mobo you aren't able to manage some LEDs?

is LEDs rocket science?

Same issue here with Tuf Z790. Upgraded recently from Strix Z390. Didnt face this issue with Z390 till the upgrade. I know I've done my settings right. The second issue is the Strix LC 360 Pump is always on rainbow effect DURING system off state. Nothing I've found on the internet is able to shut all the LEDs during a shutdown.
