I have reset armory crate, remove fast boot in windows and even checked bios and still armory crate loses scenario profiles for both my pc {gx650rx-lb152w} and my throne qi. I set up the profile, clear the screen for diablo 4 and as soon as I recall crate after a game of d4, all my profiles in crate for both pc and throne qi are gone. All that is there is little plus sign with create new profile under it.
Any thoughts on how to fix or is asus the hp of gaming laptop's, decent hardware and ****** software?
