For those still having trouble syncing CORSAIR memory with AURA in ARMOURY CRATE
This problem has been unresolved for half a year, probably corsair and asus are waging a deliberate war on the subject of corsair memory backlight synchronization with asus aura sync. I don't think they have such weak programmers who couldn't fix it. Working solution: install the latest armoury crate and update to 6.1.18. Install the latest ICUE 5.27.149 and leave the start with windows option enabled. Then install the old version CORSAIR-RGB-Memory-Plugin-for-ASUS-AURA-SYNC-v2.1.msi. In ARMOURY CRATE in devices>your motherboard go to addressable headers and press rescan. In ICUE accept the "approve" message. Do not turn off ICUE must always work in the background in the tray. Enjoy.

UPDATE !
Great news! I can confirm that the latest ARMOURY CRATE 6.2.7.0 update fixed the problem. Corsair RAM RGB synchronization now works with the latest Corsair Aura RGB plugin without ICUE installed. I think my different method is also out of date.
