Chasis fan stopped working

I ran Armoury Crate for the first time and the fan on the back of the case has stopped at that moment, it just functions when shutting down or turning the device on and then it goes off, how do I turn it back on and manage a silent mode? I clicked and tried every adjustment on the program but nothing worked.

It runs itself when the computer performs too many tasks but it be on the low, nothing effects the fan when changing the settings from armoury crate, back then it used to run all the time with higher speed

I don't use Armoury for fan control but maybe the system fans are set to a different sensor? If the sensor providing the reading is relatively cool the fan won't spin up. I'm not sure if you have the ability to change which sensor is being used.
