Ive uploaded crash dumps files, look at them myself to. Apparently it has to do with mouse drivers with this mouse. I get bluescreens everyday RANDOMLY like 2-3 times a day when using this mouse. I dont know if its when im using the joystick on the side of the mouse because i got it macroed to my mouse scroll up and down due to the mouse scroll being messed up when i scroll up it goes down and down it goes up. Past warranty so i cant fix. This is really irritating and constantly interrupts everything im doing on a daily basis please help! I would realistically like to send it in for repair is there any way to do this? And also get a replacement USB cable for the mouse because it just stopped working out of nowhere as well 😞
