I just bought a Chakram X Origin. It is my only Armoury Crate compatible device that I have currently connected to my computer. It shows up in the "Aura Sync" tab but will not show up in the "Devices" tab so I cannot program macros for the "11 programmable" buttons. All programs, software and hardware are up to date. I have searched forums and cannot figure out how to get this to work. I have uninstalled Armoury Crate a couple of times and reinstalled everything. Restarted my computer several times to no avail. Please help.
EDIT: after contacting ASUS support they sent me an uninstaller tool that somehow worked better than me uninstalling the program before. I reinstalled after using that tool and all features seem to be working as intended.
