Cannot update the armouary crate

I just reinstall a clean windows today and i cannot update my armouary crate. Befire this i've already try to reinstall serval time for getting the armouary crate to load other devices and its firmware so I AM NOT GOING TO UNINSTALL IT SINCE THAT AINT HELP.

I have to update to the latest armouary crate in order to use the aura creator so i must.

I already tried https://github.com/codecrafting-io/asus-setup-tool to clean up asus files. However this tool only helped on make armouary crate to detect other devices. The armouary crate is unable to update before and after using it.

I've also tried to set asusupdate.exe is ok to get access to network by Create a New Outbound Rule in the Advanced Settings of firewall. That also aint help.

I know there's a simlilar question in one years before but i cannot see any useful infomation in the first and last few pages but only saying that taiwan have earthquake or something. I dont care about that I just want to get my rgb light fix (And there is no earthquake right now) so i want a solution to fix this

Dont ask why it is chinese, i am using the traditional one however it give me the simplified one. it basically saying the exe is unable to connect  to the network and maybe blocked by firewall.

Ok i've fix the problem. infact Create a New Outbound Rule in the Advanced Settings of firewall is actually correct. I was creating Inbound Rule previously.
