Cannot open any devices in Armoury crate super frustrating.

Completely new build,  Armoury Crate worked fine on first install.  When I power cycled for the first time and logged on the second day I tried to go into armoury to change the screen on my Ryujin 3 extreme as it is the only way to change the screen unfortunately.  When I try to click on any devices ie my motherboard or my ryujin 3 the screen says its loading asus framework and then just goes black and nothing happens no matter how long I wait nothing happens.  I normally would not care as long as everything is up to date but I just paid about $400 for a aio with a display on it and I cant even use the display.  

I have tried uninstalling armoury crate and reinstalling it, Hell I even uninstalled windows and put a fresh install on.

When I did the fresh install armoury crate worked for a bit and then I power cycled and bam back to not working again.

I have tried unplugging the aio from my mobo and then plugging it into a different usb slot and nothing.....

I am at my wits end with this garbage and am about to just send it back.  How can Asus have such bad software.

Never had this issue with ICUE software.

I wanted to check some things on my keyboard and the exact problem, armoury crate just dont show my device window even though everything is up to date.

I may just end up returning the ryujin 3 and motherboard not worth my time to keep messing with it.

I have found is the recent update of armoury crate, just uninstalled with uninstall tool and reinstalled, just avoid to install the armoury crate update that appears after fresh installing. Then my devices are correctly showing up with their options and not black screen

Plus, have to say that with this new update my cpu usage is so elevated, with no install and fresh install, the usage is 1-2%, after updating then it goes to 15%, what a mess with this software, all i wanted to check was if my keyboard can be set to 1000hz and asus dont even show that data to the user.
