Hello there
It's been a while now that the keys for modes and opening armoury crate don't work. I tried opening the app but couldn't at all, so I decided to uninstall it and install it again, which ended in a failure with the error 4142 displayed.
I tried to download the latest version. All of my drivers are updated. I have already rebooted my computer and reinstalled windows + updated my drivers again. Still not working. I have tried again to uninstall and install, but it still isn't working.
Here are the informations I think could be useful. Ask if you need some more.

I'd really like to get some help with that as it's been a long time it's happening to me. If anybody can be of help that would be really great because I don't know of any other way to contact the Asus Support.

It might be better to try a system recovery for your laptop and set "Restore preinstalled apps" to "yes".

Sorry I didn't use the proper wording to express what I did.
I actually already did a complete reset to be sure, but that didn't help with my problem. I can also add that my HDMI port doesn't work anymore. As I guessed it could be a corrupt driver problem, that's why I've reset my PC, which I referred to "reinstalling windows" in my original post. Sorry for the misunderstanding.
With that said, are you saying I should do that again?
