Can't update the Armoury Crate

It keeps showing unable to connect to the internet but I checked my firewall it should be work. I have tried to turned off my router and turn on again but it still not working. And I have already reinstall the AC.

I have the same issue. Its not only rgb in my case nothing works. It doesnt even recognize the motherboard.

I also doubt whether the Asus Armory Crate installer really removes everything. After the uninstaller, are there still folders to be found on the Asus and Servicens PC?

after this error, I was able to update. but now it does not recognize any device with aura sync. my gpu flashes red.

Bring back 5.8.9.5!  the 5.8.9.0 was failed release

For laptop users, the latest version is V5.8.9.5 since some services are slightly different. However, you do not get any different functionalities compared to V5.8.9.0, so that is version you see visually to avoid confusion (even though it seems to be a futile effort). V5.8.9.0 is the latest version

1. I lose all my Game Library after update to 5.8.9.0, tried to add games and just blank then failed
2. All my Asus products have been registered but sometimes still notify Need to Register. How to register the products mean while my products have been registered?
3. A week ago I got update 5.8.9.5 it fix all my problems, but a few days later Asus has deleted the update and go back to 5.8.9.0 so I get my problem again.

What hardware do you use to make such a statement?

Here 5.8.9.0 runs cleanly with all current updates (see signature for hardware).
