Can't update the Armoury Crate

It keeps showing unable to connect to the internet but I checked my firewall it should be work. I have tried to turned off my router and turn on again but it still not working. And I have already reinstall the AC. 螢幕擷取畫面 (69).png

Using the armoury crate uninstaller and reinstalling, fixed the issue. One thing i noticed doing this is my armoury crate went from being a standalone program to now being on the microsoft store as an app. This could be asus way to migrate to the windows store version since it seems easier for them to keep updated with. Idk if it correlates with not accessing the update server but could be a mismatch since they have the microsoft app now

I did the same thing and it resolved my issue as well.

i posted the fix to help people get theres working and it seems like no ones cared to even bat an eye but you lol glad someone read it and it helped them 🙂 

However, the goal of the solution cannot be to uninstall ArmoryCrate to receive the update. All settings in ArmoryCrate are then gone and have to be set up again. This is definitely not the best way, even if it helped you.
Asus has definitely created a problem here and needs to fix it.

It has been the case for a long time that the app itself has been offered via the Microsoft Store. Only the current update is not available in the store. You can't find it anymore either. Accordingly, the error here is also to be found at Asus and cannot be resolved by the user reinstalling the program.
Asus has to remedy this after their vacation or whatever they're doing.

This is a WORKAROUND, not a solution !!!!!

Let me clarify more: you have Windows, Office or any other software: you cannot update it from inside and you reinstall it? WTF?!?!?! BTW: the solution must be easy, this is just a stupid bug that of the developer that never tested his change... that is quite common in my working experience.

I am using ROG Ally with Armoury Crate SE. I am having the same problem. So I uninstalled, downloaded a fresh installer from ROG Ally support page and reinstalled. However still having the same problem. Please help.  

Yup, this worked for me as well, took like 10 mins in total to uninstall and install it again. Thanks for this. Just search armoury create support website and go to their link for the uninstall tool, then reinstall it with their download tool.

I have tried to unstall and reinstall it but after the installation. The aura creator can't be installed because a microsoft store issue. the armoury crate is not saving. every time i open the app the installation starts.  its slow. and it has a other layoud. and some featuers are missing. 

No, this is not the solution. After reinstalling, it will eventually report the same update is available as before, namely for these two components:

UnifyDGDII (v1.0.0.20)

VGADII (v0.0.6.3)

and when you try to update them, "Asus Update" will complain that it can't connect to the internet, even though the firewall rules I've set should allow it to. This update is just plain broken.
