It keeps showing unable to connect to the internet but I checked my firewall it should be work. I have tried to turned off my router and turn on again but it still not working. And I have already reinstall the AC.

same here. tried to change firewall settings, VPN ,but looks like it needs a fix from Asus.

Same Problem, so must wait for solution, but really dont care so much cuz dont use so much the app, just for settings aura.

Same issue; enabled firewall for Asusupdate.exe.
This might well be the worst update process ever. I've used it with my Asus ROG Strix Flare II keyboard for over a year now. The updates (roughly every two months) crash my computer, mid-use ... consistently. They remove my customized colors, making me go through the absurdly not-one-button activation process each time. NOT ONCE have I felt I got any value at all from these processes. If it's for security? FINE, say so. If it's for your advertising and/or own internal benefit? Let me disable or ignore those.
Just something REASONABLE, please and thanks. I truly adore the keyboard. The software is the exact opposite and makes me regret buying the product.
