Aura sync failing

I need help, I have a problem like this but it only appears to affect my motherboard when I boot up. Every time I boot or Reebot my motherboard loss the sync of the armoury crate it only affect my motherboard. I have a 4080s and it saves the color that I select after a reboot. It’s a dark hero z790. I am on windows 11 pro. Already reinstall armoury crate like 3 times and still doing the same thing.

the graphics maintain the aura config. the mother initially sync like 5 sec but then fails, i have to enter armoury crate and config again the color that i want i a similar problem like this but it only happens with my mother. like this. i put it red and then changes to rainbow again

I see you have the Razer Chroma and it's showing it supports windows dynamic lighting with a red marker. To check the box for it, you'll have to turn on windows dynamic lighting.

Yours is a little different than mine as I don't have the polymo lighting, but all you should be working with is Aura Sync and Aura Effects.

Check the box to sync your devices, then go to the Aura Effects tab to select your lighting. All your devices should be synced with the same lighting as your motherboard.  I have everything set and synced with Static blue.

Okay i understood you, the problem is that when i fresh boo or reebot i have to manually put the color and effects that i want on the mother, do you want a actually pc video? when booting? i can do that for you then enter the AC app to see ?

You can if you want, but it's not necessary.

I understand yours is not saving the settings when you cold boot or restart.

When you startup or reboot, it's normal to see the rainbow effect. Then when windows loads, it should change to the color you set.

You already uninstalled and reinstalled Armoury Crate, so I won't suggest that. You could try resetting to defaults and reconfiguring the lighting and test with a restart.

Heres the video, 1st i thought it was the icue but i uninstall it and it keep doing the same thing. in the video i forget to rester to default but anyways it doesnt keep the config i want. watch the second video first.

Sorry for a late reply.

At the moment, there is an issue with Armoury Crate and the motherboard shutdown effect, I have the ROG Strix Z690-F Gaming WiFi.

ASUS is aware of it, and since your issue is also with the motherboard lighting, I suspect they'll fix it too.

We'll just have to hang in there and wait for an update.

Hi Nate, I have good news. 

After the update my motherboard is syncing and working with aura sync when i reboot and fresh boot. Thank You so much for being so attentive, responsive, patient and helpful! thanks to asus to for keeping a eye on their users to.
