I need help, I have a problem like this but it only appears to affect my motherboard when I boot up. Every time I boot or Reebot my motherboard loss the sync of the armoury crate it only affect my motherboard. I have a 4080s and it saves the color that I select after a reboot. It’s a dark hero z790. I am on windows 11 pro. Already reinstall armoury crate like 3 times and still doing the same thing.
the graphics maintain the aura config. the mother initially sync like 5 sec but then fails, i have to enter armoury crate and config again the color that i want i a similar problem like this but it only happens with my mother.

Hi Nate, I have good news.
After the update my motherboard is syncing and working with aura sync when i reboot and fresh boot. Thank You so much for being so attentive, responsive, patient and helpful! thanks to asus to for keeping a eye on their users to.

Try uninstalling Armoury Crate from windows.
Try turning off windows dynamic lighting and move Armoury Crate to the top of the Background light control list.
After trying it, it's doing it for me too. I'll report it to the ASUS Tech Team.
Even though the checkmark disappears from the "Select all" box, the devices stay checked and synced. Instead of checking the "Select all" box, you can check each box individually.
If your device supports windows dynamic lighting, you will have to turn on windows dynamic lighting to be able to check the box in Armoury Crate.
Mine stays synced from a cold boot and restarts.
Honestly, I wish Microsoft would have kept their nose out of the lighting. Because, all windows dynamic lighting does for me is interfere with Armoury Crate.
