Ever since the update to Armory Crate 6.4.7.0 and Aura Service (Lighting Service) 3.10.04, the Lighting Service crashes on each boot and makes Aura Sync unusable, since the Aura Sync section of the Armory Crate software just keeps loading without being able to find any devices, and the devices in question remain with their RGB turned off.
This is happening on a ROG Zephyrus G14 GA403UI, with a ROG Azoth Extreme and a ROG Keris II Wireless Origin connected through the ROG Omni Receiver.
Similar issues have existed since at least 6.3.4.0 but have been ignored, however backed then, while Windows was registering the services as crashing, the activity of the Armory Crate app wasn't openly affected since the services were presumably recovering, this is no longer the case. The only way to get the program to work is to manually restart the lighting service from Services.msc, and this of course only works until the next reboot.
I have attempted to uninstall Armory Crate with the provided tool and to reinstall it, I have attempted to reinstall and uninstall the Aura Sync program, I have even attempted a clean Windows reinstall, nothing has worked.
What has worked, and I don't understand why, is enabling the logging function of Armory Crate and rebooting. Once I did that, the service no longer crashed - not only that, but the service continued to work even after disabling logging and after subsequent reboots.
