Asus rog strix b450-e motherboard disappeared from aura sync after Armory Crate 5.8.6.0 update

Hi, my Asus rog strix b450-e motherboard disappeared from aura sync after Armory Crate 5.8.6.0 update.
I can't sync the MB lighting with all my other devices after the update. I uninstalled/installed the old armory crate - it did not solve the problem.
To be honest, every time I update armory crate, I cross my fingers and go to church to light a candle so that everything goes well. It seems to me that armory crate needs the "disable automatic update" function.
@asus - what do you recommend or when will the fixes be available? I think I'm not the only one!

It happened to me too. After updating to Armory Crate 5.8.6.0, my ASUS PRIME Z390-A motherboard completely disappeared! Uninstalling and reinstalling the program was useless. Now my PC has all the LEDs off. Before the latest update, everything worked fine. But now... Nothing works anymore! please @asus fix this problem!

You have the SAME problem that has happened to me since day one, the culprits are laughing at you and me, by ignoring the problem created by them.

Hello friend, I solved my problem. Unfortunately, I find the link to the reddit post from 3 years ago, they advised:

1) turn off the PC
2) unplug the power cable from the PC
3) hold down the power button for 5 seconds
4) wait 2-3 minutes
5) turn on PC

It helped me, after this simple manipulation my board appeared in the AURA list.

P.S This is not the first time that posts from many years ago have helped me, I don’t understand what the AC developer is doing, errors from many years ago keep popping up.
