ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB -- Error pop up

Hello.
Has anyone here received the same error message
when I go to ASUS ROG Ryujin III 360 ARGB and change
images? It has worked perfectly but then this error message
appeared suddenly (see attached screenshot).

I have tried to reinstall the previous driver for Nvida but it did not work either.

Another thing is that the graphics card ASUS Dual GeForce RTX 4070 OC White Edition 12 GB is not visible in the device list, could it be because the card does not have ARGB lights?

The motherboard on the current PC is: ASUS ROG STRIX Z790-A GAMING WIFI II Intel Z790. Bios and all drivers are up to date.

Hi again. This error message was caused by downloading a short movie sequence from the internet and then renaming it to a *.gif file without converting it. Then tried loading it into cpu monitor. Deleted the file and then it worked again.
