When I switch from ac to battery or vice versa, I feel the laptop heating up and the fans working. Then when i open task manager i find that template.exe ( in C:\Program Files\ASUS\ARMOURY CRATE Service\ThrottlePlugin) is using up 20-30% cpu. I always have to end task when this happens which is annoying. What does template.exe do? and is it important? Can I delete it?
