ASUS ROG Armoury Create and AMD Software Center 24.6.1 Update Issue with 6800M GPU

Hello,

I am an ASUS ROG G513QY laptop user and I would like to share an issue I am experiencing with the Armoury Create program. After the latest AMD Software Center 24.6.1 update, my external graphics card, the Radeon RX 6800M, is no longer detected. I am seeking assistance to resolve this issue.

System Information:

  • Laptop Model: ASUS ROG G513QY
  • Processor: AMD Ryzen 9 5900HX
  • External Graphics Card: AMD Radeon RX 6800M
  • Integrated Graphics Card: AMD Radeon Graphics
  • Operating System: Windows 11 (Up to Date)
  • AMD Software Center Version: 24.6.1

Issue: After installing the latest AMD Software Center update (24.6.1), my external graphics card, the Radeon RX 6800M, is no longer visible in the Armoury Create program. This is causing performance loss and unexpected issues in games. The same issue was present in version 24.5.1 as well. There were no issues before these updates.

Troubleshooting Steps I’ve Taken:

  1. Reinstalling Drivers: I downloaded and installed the latest drivers from AMD’s official website.
  2. Reinstalling Armoury Create: I uninstalled and reinstalled the Armoury Create program.
  3. BIOS Update: I updated to the latest BIOS version from ASUS’s official website.

Unfortunately, the issue persists. If anyone has encountered and resolved this issue before, I would appreciate it if you could share your experience. I also await suggestions from the ASUS technical support team on how to resolve this problem.

Armoury Crate v5.9.4.0 update den sonra hala devam ediyor mu

bugün gelen güncelleme ile sorun çözüldü. thorrtle ve gpu power saving ayarına iyileştirme yapmışlar sanırım.
