I have just bought an asus headset and i been trying to fix this all day. Tried everything i could find but to no avail.
The issue i have is that i cannot change the volume of the headphones from the master windows volume. Changing it any other way works including changing the individual volume of the app playing music in windows mixer.
I have tried the following:
Manually installing the drivers
Installing the drivers with Armory Crate
Going into the volume mixer while im being in game is not an option and i need to be able to use my volume keys. I got an ASUS TUF F15 2022 a week ago which has dedicated keys for the master volume.
This is only happening with my 2.4GHz wireless headphones. This never occured while using 2 different pairs of bluetooth ones. Thank you!
