I have to open fan xpert and just click on each group and they would start working again. I have also tried to set the speeds from the bios too but the issue still persist. The issue does not happen if you reboot the computer or do a cold start. Any help is highly appreciated

Hello @manniakk
If adjusting in Q-FAN, I would disable the FanXpert service via Windows Services for the time being. On some products, FanXpert will try to take priority over Q-FAN even when disabled (bug due to be fixed shortly).
Disable the service, set the desired fan curves in Q-FAN and see if the issue persists when the system resumes from S3
