I have just updated to a new version of Armoury Crate and I am now having problems with iCUE lighting integration for my Corsair Dominator RAM.
It used to work - I installed the ASUS plugin in the iCUE sotware and enable the setting to make 3rd party software control the lighting of the RAM.
Now I am getting the attached image problem with iCUE - where it's saying there is no Corsair product found.
I tested what was going on by following this page:

So I used 'Autoruns' software and disabled the Armoury Crate & LightingService (Asus Aura Sync lighting service) under the 'Services' tab. When I rebooted and ran iCUE the software detected the RAM and let me set it up. But once I re-enabled Armoury Crate & LightingService (Asus Aura Sync lighting service) in Services in Autoruns and rebooted again - then reopened iCUE - it was back to not recognizing the RAM.
Not sure how to proceed with this?
btw, the RAM is not being displayed at any point in the Armoury Crate Aura Sync tab as it should be.

Thank you so much @Nate152 ! It works again. I checked my Windows apps and I was running a very old version, so I uninstalled it and installed the new one like you suggested.
I have another issue, but wasn't sure whether to append it here or put it on a new thread?
Anyway, this is the problem: The Armoury Crate update doesn't like my Ryujin III AIO anymore. When I click on Fan Xpert I am just getting a spinning wheel and it's not opening. Previously, when it has actually opened I have gotten error messages.
These are the previous errors:
I have already opened a support form yesterday - but have not received any acknowledgement of that support request.
Not sure what to do?
Armoury Crate App version says - 6.2.9.0
Armoury Crate was working fine on the older version. Can't find anywhere to actually install older versions if they exist?

Try shutting down your pc, unplug the power supply cable.
Press and hold the pc power button for 5 seconds.
Disconnect the usb 2.0 cable from the motherboard and reconnect it.
Boot up your pc and check Fan Xpert 4.

Did exactly what you said, including taking the PC apart to get to the USB 2.0 on the motherboard - but I'm now getting this when I go into Fan Xpert (clicking either option did nothing):
Incidently, I have had this error before as well since the Armoury Crate update.
I look forward to any follow up directions - much appreciated.

Reinstalling Armoury Crate should get it working again.
1) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.
2) Reboot your pc.
3) Install Armoury Crate version 3.3.1.0. - Armoury Crate - Support
4) Do the updates at the Armoury Crate update center.
Is Fan Xpert 4 working after this?

That took me the best part of 50 minutes. During which time I had these errors during uninstall and re-install. Had to reboot a few times:
During Uninstall:
It actually says 'Uninstall Tool', but I uninstalled via Windows add/remove programs as advised.
During Install:
I have found now that the 'Dashboard' - not showing anything. 'Devices' - just spinning round on loading screen. 'Fan Xpert' - that page error I posted before.
I think I can safely say that this Armoury Crate version is slightly faulty.

UPDATE: I tried installing again but this time I was careful what I updated. I haven't updated the following module and everything in Armoury Crate seems to be working for now:

Good to hear reinstalling Armoury Crate got Fan Xpert 4 working.
The MBDII update is the Armoury Crate version, should be ok to update it.
It should update to 6.2.9.0

Hi @Nate152 , well it was working temporarily yesterday, but today it's back to where the Dashboard & Devices aren't displaying, and the Fan Xpert comes out with that error page. I hadn't changed anything from when it did work.
I await your further directions.
Btw, I have just decided to install the MBDII and anything else that came up to update as you recommended, and for some reason AC is only updating to 6.2.7.0:
(I have clicked the 'Check for Updates button - nothing happens. I completely rebooted the PC and then checked for updates and nothing happened).
