- Pulled the power cable
- Switched off PSU
- Reseated my RAM (same stick in same slot)
- Waited for 20+ minutes
- Plugged power back in.
- Switched PUS and PSU on.
- Tried to see RAM again in Armoury Crate, but not showing up.

Just started having this issue last week after reinstalling Armoury Crate because it stopped recognizing my EK Elite AIO. The reinstall fixed that issue but now it doesn't recognize my Trident Z Neo ram kit. I have a Dark Hero motherboard and I tried Trident Z Lighting Control. While Aura Sync sees the ram kit, Trident Z Lighting Control overrides the RGB settings I want to set in Aura Sync. Any advice?

Same problem here... worked fine for years and after last two updates, G.Skill memory is no longer recognized. I already sent ticket but seems that nobody is taking care of this issue that affects lot of users

Yes, very annoying... and was working fine until last updates...it's only rolling back something

After installing Trident Z Lighting Control Open Task Manager > Startup and disable Trident Z Lighting Control on startup
You should be able to keep Aura's RGB settings

Thank you, I'll try this. Do I need to change any settings in Trident Z Lighting Control?

Hi, no need to change settings in G.SKILL Trident Z Lighting Control
Just quit G.SKILL Trident Z Lighting Control (the icon at the bottom right of the Taskbar) or restart the system after disabling its automatic startup in Task Manager
