ASUS Armoury Crate 6.2.7.0 feedback does not work

ASUS Armoury Crate version 6.2.7.0 feedback does not work.  I tried to provide feedback in the app and the submit button does not work at all.  Also, ASUS Armoury Crate version 6.2.7.0 continues to crash often at computer startup.

I filled out the ASUS Armoury Crate version 6.2.7.0 Google form and submitted it just now for this issue.  I cannot capture the problem by logging the issue because it will not fail when I log the issue.  Every version of Armoury Crate since March 2025 until June 2025 often crashes at computer startup, with version 6.2.7.0 included.  Sometimes it will go a week without crashing and then start crashing again.  Also, the submit button in Armoury Crate Feedback Hub does not work in Armoury Crate version 6.2.7.0.  Armoury Crate will not register the B860M MAX GAMING AX motherboard serial number, which is all numbers.

I tried again to submit feedback in the app today.  The colors were much easier to read today, the submit button worked, and I got an email today for the feedback submission.  However, the ASUS Armoury Crate still crashes at computer startup often and I still cannot register my motherboard serial number.  The option to select the motherboard is an improvement today.

I finally captured the log for the crash.  I also got the log for invalid serial number for motherboard registration.  ASUS is processing my Google form for the issues.  I hope that ASUS fixes those issues in a future version of Armoury Crate.

I ended having a lots of issues with 6.x version so i ended up running 5.9.9 instead. Working stable. No issues.
That might be an option for you as well?

I do not know if the older version 5.9.9 will support my computer hardware.  My ASUS computer is from March 2025.  I have had the ASUS Armoury Crate crashes since I got the computer.  I have not been able to register my motherboard serial number on both on the ASUS website and in Armoury Crate, so I do not think it would help for the motherboard serial number registration.

My Windows 11 was not the latest version I noticed when I manually checked the version today.  I updated my Windows 11 to version 26100.4351 today.  It is not the version 26100.4484 that you mentioned.  I also updated Armoury Crate to version 6.2.9.0, but Armoury Crate still crashed at computer reboot.  I was not aware that it could crash at computer reboot, as it normally only crashes sometimes on computer startup.  I can launch Armoury Crate, just my Windows reliability score is very low due to all of the Armoury Crate crashes at computer startup and all of the Windows was not shut down properly errors.  I also still cannot register my ASUS motherboard serial number in the new Armoury Crate version 6.2.9.0.  In conclusion, I reported 2 issues with Armoury Crate version 6.2.7.0 and neither of the 2 issues are fixed in version 6.2.9.0.

I did try the feedback hub in Armoury Crate on version 6.2.7.0 on a different day and it worked that day.  I had tried several times the day that it did not work prior to that.
