ASROCK motherboard with Armoury Crate latest version with ROG Ryujin III fan control

hi,

I am running an ASUS ROG Ryujin III AIO on a ASROCK X670E Steel legend motherboard with the latest BIOS 3.06 update. in Armoury Crate under device, I am able to see the AIO but under fan control I only have the option to adjust the pump speed and the embedded micro fan. I have no option to control the radiator fan speeds or I do not have fan expert under Armoury crate.  it will not install no matter what. has anyone else had this issue and resolved it? or maybe used a different 3rd party software?

The Ryujin 3 does not have control on fans on armory crate since they are plug, control and manage by the board bios or app.  the fan control on fan expert ONLY work with asus motherboard

ok sounds good, I was thinking that about fan expert, but ASUS tech could not answer my question. they want me to RMA it because they say if it does not show up in Armoury crate under Aura Sync there is something wrong with it. it shows up under device but only to configure the LCD screen and such, but no Radiator fan control at all.

The unit IS NOT DEFECTIVE. you can not control fans on armory crate on 3th party board manufacture. the only model that was possible was the RYUJIN2. since the fan plug to a box and that box to the usb2.0 to the board. The ryujin 3 DOES NOT HAVE and WILL NOT BE POSIBLE to control the fans on armory crate. ONLY pump speeds and mini fan, since the fans are plug to the motherboard heathers and that need to be control on bios or the asrock app.  Armory crate DOES NOT SUPPORT anything on that area that is not a asus board. there is nothing wrong with you board or app..

Unfortunately, according to the symptoms you have described with ROG RYUJIN III 360 ARGB issue, we have to assume that you are dealing with a hardware issue that will require repair to resolve.

I will put my head down on these one. who send you that email HAS CERO KNOWLEDGE on anything in life. trust me on this i know very well what asus products does on any specific devices. but you are ok. both devices ware working in spec. good luck. You can close the post if you want
