armury crates unable to detect my mb rog maximus xi hero

hi .ac detect my tuf 3080 gtx but not my mb maximus xi hero z390 get this message :
cant open asio3.sys failed with error code 5: acssess is denied
please help 😞

Use the uninstaller and make sure its succesfull if wanna be 100% sure then reboot and run uninstaller a 2e time and reboot then install armoury crate from here
Be aware that the uninstaller also gets updated currently 1.1.4.0

Acording to date installer just got updated as well
Installer will skip components neccesary to make everything run properly if asus download servers are acting up which pretty common these days.

Same exact issue. Can see my ROG Spatha but not my motherboard (Asus Crosshair VIII Formula BIOS 3302) nor RAM nor ARGB headers (Which my cooler is plugged into and is compatible with AC). Oddly I was able to get OpenRGB to change the color of my RAM and motherboard, but not ARGB headers. So at least my RAM isn't doing some psycho rainbow color cycling pattern.

Hi All, same issue here. Fresh install of Windows.

Issue arises when clicking on the MB under the Devices section:
TUF GAMING Z490-PLUS

Have uninstalled Armoury Crate/Aura software and used the Armoury Crate uninstaller, problem arises everytime.

has anyone managed to fix this?.still armoury crate dosnt recognise my mb.,its over a year now and no reply from asus regarding this problem.
