Dear ASUS Support Team,
I am writing to report an issue with the Armoury Crate software on my ASUS TUF F15 (2022) (FX577ZE). For about a month, switching to Eco Mode while plugged in causes the CPU usage to spike to 20%, resulting in overheating (95–100°C) and high CPU frequency (3000–3600 MHz), even when no applications are running. This leads to rapid battery drain and makes Eco Mode unusable.
This problem is specific to Eco Mode. Other modes like Standard or Ultimate work normally. I have already reset my laptop twice, but the issue persists.
This makes it difficult for me to use Eco Mode in situations like my classes, where charging is unavailable. I have also seen similar complaints on forums, indicating this is not an isolated problem.
Please investigate and resolve this issue as soon as possible. Let me know if you require any additional information.
Armoury crate version use: 5.9.13.0
