armoury crate wont show devices

hi i have a issue i have unistalled and reinstalled armoury crate using the uninstall tool it wont show any of the rog devices it did i did this after geting a rog controller and it would connect but not find it on the device list after a fresh install i cant even get into fan expert it says i need to update takes me to settings where there is no update i have tryed this quite a few time restarting the pc inbetween ect even tryed the full armoury crate download and it would fail saying the system was busy i have been trying for hours to no avail

yous need to fix armoury crate now my asus rog wirless mouse wont update the app says this everytime we have uninstalled with the removal tool multiple times now

no matter which option i click im meet with the same things to update also if we try to update the mouse when it does find the update it downloads starts install and stops and gets stuck in a loop like this

still not working dont buy rog stuff most buggy software look at the updates dates 2022? wtf

Hey sabotage93

To update your ROG Spatha X:

1) Make sure the charging dock is connected to a pc usb port with one of the provided cables.

2) Connect the other cable to your ROG Spatha X and a pc usb port.

3) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

this is exactly the way i did it the same way i have in the past like i keep saying its clear armoury crate has some big issues atm

Maybe try the charging dock cable and the mouse cable in other usb ports, you can use motherboard usb ports or pc case usb ports.

plugged into the same places they have allways been and were working for months your really wont admit armoury create is clearly bugged to death

I have quite a few ROG devices and I'm not having issues with any of them.

Armoury Crate is working fine here.

I can't say for sure if reinstalling Armoury Crate would get your ROG Spatha X to update, but it might be worth a try.

Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows, then install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2. - Armoury Crate - Support

i have tryed multiple reinstalls i wish it did change it but i allways seem to have weird issues with armoury crate even launching it at times makes the whole system stutter just when doing things like loading up the system info
