armoury crate wont show devices

hi i have a issue i have unistalled and reinstalled armoury crate using the uninstall tool it wont show any of the rog devices it did i did this after geting a rog controller and it would connect but not find it on the device list after a fresh install i cant even get into fan expert it says i need to update takes me to settings where there is no update i have tryed this quite a few time restarting the pc inbetween ect even tryed the full armoury crate download and it would fail saying the system was busy i have been trying for hours to no avail

fixed 24 hours later and 20 restarts it decided to update and recognise all devices

lol not fixed the controller will only be seen im armoury crate when connected to usb if you use bluetooth or rf2.4 armoury crate wont show it and some games on rfid dont recognise theres a controller plugged in as they do with bluetooth but even then im finding im playing hands on the desk as anything further that 2-3 foot away the controller lags on input

so still no help the controller connects with rf2.4 but the second you unplug the usb lead armoury crate cant find it the same with bluetooth it only finds it with the usb in and some games dont seem to recognise a controller is plugged in wish i bought a standard xbox controller as they work no issues

Which ROG controller do you have?

Make sure the wireless dongle is connected to a pc usb port. (No other devices)

Have you installed the Bluetooth driver?

Here are the steps to connect with 2.4GHz wireless and bluetooth.

yes all done as followed hench why its even moving ect with bluetooth and rf2.4 and the usb is dissconnected and in one of them modes the second you unplug the usb it drops off armoury crate and some games ie mw3 dont recognise it in rfid only bluetooth but then the blutooth seems to lag at times esspecialy if the controllers sat below my wood desk

Try to use 2.4GHz wireless mode if you can as this gives better performance than bluetooth.

According to this chart, it looks normal for Armoury Crate to only show in wired mode.
