A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).
10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

Hello,i need a big help.

I've done new instalation of windows 11 and i have that problem, where a can't download drivers for my motherboard ROG STRIX Z390-H GAMING.
It says the same thing: "Processing timeout - The download update process is not yet complete. Do you want to proceed" and "Sorry, curently unable to retrieve available updates. Please visit the Asus..."
I tried MyAsus for download drivers with another way, but i can't find any drivers like Realtek, chipset etc. I don't want download it from 3rd parties websites. Any ideas where i can download it? And yes, i tried official website, but there's only Armoury Crate & Aura Creator Installer to download + BIOS update. https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog-strix-z390-h-gaming-model/helpdesk_download/

Aurmoury Create Fully Update
Windows and Drivers Fully Update,
Firmwares also updated.
Monitor PG32UCDM AuraSync do not work for the back light (remains off) even it shows in the list of products in my Ayra Tab, but I have no control over it.
Tried fresh new windows install and AC 2x following steps from Asus. Not working.

hello
this halloween efect broke the rainbow efect after testins the halloween, not rainbow is diferente only does green red and yellow, any way of fixing this, already unistalled and installed but remains the same

i can not duplicate. all looks normal. I did run the test with all devices sync and some not sync and any rainbow effects. Let me force the festivities effect to check. Here i do no know IF the items IS NOT SYNC will not recover. but normal effect looks fine on my 3 machines
please send the report as post say.

hello
I did a power cycle and rainbow is fine on boot up, problem is when windows loads up armory crate sycn messes the efect, i have unnistalled and installed again , this happens after the halloween update and tried it and it messes this up
A video off the boot up every thing ok and then when armory crate syncs you can see it messes up the colors

The Aura Terminal appears to freeze one of its headers when switching effects with Aura Sync. This causes the device page of Aura Terminal in Armoury Crate to infinitely load when changing the number of LEDs per header. I have captured a log of this occurrence. Seems to happen the first time I open AC and change Aura Sync lightning from Static to Rainbow back and forth, everytime I turn on my PC with fast startup enable.Edit: Scratch that, it appears the two strips I tested on the problematic header were failing due to a broken data solder on an LED located at the beginning of both strips. I've peeled back the protective layer and re-soldered this LED, and for two days now, it seems to be working fine. The issue that occurred only when I started my PC was likely due to the heat from those solder joints. I'm still not quite sure why there would be infinite loading on Armoury Crate, though. However, I'll keep an eye on that and report it in a future reports thread if it happens again.
Additionally, it seems that syncing the GPU with Aura Sync and using animated effects (such as rainbow or color cycle) deteriorates performance and causes stuttering in games. The difference is noticeable in gameplay, but a simple test using the Blur Busters Browser Animation Timing Precision Graph also demonstrates this issue.

I've used Blue to Black gradient long time ago and it was working fine then I switched to breathing blue for a couple of years. When I tried to do a Blue to Black gradient it's not working as intended. Purple hue is showing in between. Same as with Green(Yellow hue) but when using red it's seems to be working properly.
