A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.

Please Read First:

Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)

Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.

DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:

1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE  to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).

10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log

First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

I want to say this issue has been solved in new version 5.9.13.0, so there is now no new updates as it should do.

please i have no way to let sonic studio appear, tryed every kind of unistall and reinstall. im on window 24h2

Hi

new version of armoury crate working fine But i have one suggestion. Many program for mange RGB have the option to manage also the led light intesity. Dear armoury crate designers, why don't put inside the program this option? If is inside Aura creator is not downlodable. If i try to follow the link inside this web page https://www.asus.com/campaign/aura/global/Aura-creator.php, the link switch me in this other page https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9mwz3vlw5hbw?rtc=1&hl=zh-tw&gl=TW and if i press the download key switch me in the windows store but the app is not downlodable.

Strange, I went to the first link and was able to download and install Aura Creator from the Asus website. Maybe try a different browser.

My KINGSTON FURY Beast 2x32GB RAM 6000MT/s CL30 is not being detected for aura sync on my Z690-P motherboard with this version. It is successfully detected on 5.7.6.0 version that I have installed on my second Windows on the same machine. Functionality of RAM is fine, it's "just" RGB that is not working.

How can this be resolved?

I had this problem after armory crate update and windows update.... I waited for upcoming updates for this problem to be fixed but nothing happened after many updates... 

What Can I do?

Can't use Aura Creator and have latest, there is no update (screenshot here is wrong):

Still need the base Hero led loop on M/B to be separated from the Special Effects loop. (Special Effect should be continuous).

After the last upgrade I have a huge problem with cooling.
I use ROG RYUJIN II 360.
1. I wait minutes until the ROG RYUJIN II 360 section opens.
2. When i change the different cooling profiles, I wait minutes for them to work.
3. Cooler speed is no longer reported by OS panel.
I had to remove the ROG RYUJIN II 360 module from Armory Crate completely and install AI 3 Suite to control my cooling.
If I don't remove this ROG RYUJIN II 360 module the AI ​​3 suite doesn't work.

Specification:
1. Motherboard: Asus Rampage VI Extreme

2. ROG RYUJIN II 360

3. ROG Thor 1200

4. Asus RX 6700 TX

5. OS Panel

I will be very happy if someone post solution.

I am having the same issue. It takes over 20 minutes for my Ryujin II 360 to connect to the device page. I have reported this issue before and it seemed to have been resolved with several Asus Framework updates, but it is now back. I have received a message asking me to remotely check my computer, but I only have time on the weekends, so I am frustrated and cannot do anything. Until the device page connects properly, I cannot use it properly due to cooling problems. Asus clearly does not have a QA team. Otherwise, it seems impossible for them to re-introduce a problem that was already solved, and that there was no verification before release.
