A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).
10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

My Installation process keeps stopping when the App from the MS Store is already downloaded but then shows error code 601 after (auto-) launching it, without the installation progress in the App itself going even an inch forward.

The ASUS Lighting Service is causing conflicts with Windows timers, preventing the computer from entering sleep mode, turning off the display, and launching the screen saver. Despite adding this service to exclusions using the PowerCFG utility, the issue persists.

Hello,
I have a problem with fetching al the Devices. When try to open submenu of the Devices it does not show all the devices. For example my motherboard is not listed. But when I click on the Fan Xpert I get the message: "Prerequisite Update. You must first update your device to continue.
Than I have to options "Check for Update" or "Update Now" what both redirect me to the Update page of the armory crate.:
When I enter the update page for example the Fan Xpert is not listed as an device or component. When I execute the RLSSetup then it works temporarily till I start/restart the pc again. Then I have to run RLSSetup again? Is it that cannot fetch the devices from the local database?

Hi, I have the same issue from the previous version V5.7.9.0. I use Icue for lighting control. When updating to the current version of Armory Crate, ROG Strix X570-E Gaming MB is not available in Icue. The Your solution was stated as: Ace21 - change the lighting service priority to make iCUE active (Aura Sync => Aura Effects => Game list)
After weeks of searching, I tried this and it worked:
I replaced the files in the folder C:\Program Files\ASUS\AacMB with the following:
I have tried this with the current version 5.9.4.0 and the fix worked again.

Hi all,
I had some issue with this latest version of armoury crate, everything was working fine until an update... I lost every control on the lighting, AI suite 3 stop working... I follow the non sense advice I found here and there regarding reinitialisation/reinstallation of Windows 11 as everybody seams to tell it was an issue on Microsoft side... Well after a long path alone in the dark, I decide to roll back to the previous version of AC... and guess what, It is working now... So my though is that my systems are perhaps a bit old for this version of AC (Asus ROG Strix x-470 f gaming and TUF B450M-plus II) but honestly I doubt about this... or this version has a serious issue of conception... Anyway for people having issue just uninstall AC properly using the removal tools and install the previous version (it Last for 7 years without severe issues)

When is the hot fix coming? Problems pile up on the latest version of the app? It feels like no one is testing this before release.

I received ArmouryCrate v. 5.9.9.0 from the Microsoft Store today.
It's working great so far.
But I miss and wish that with Fan Xpert AI Cooling II you could also select 2 sources for the CPU, i.e. "CPU" and "CPU Package".
For the CPU, only 1 source is currently possible: "CPU" or "CPU Package".
You can specify up to 3 sources for the case fans and also for the AiO pump.
Perhaps this can be integrated into Fan Xpert for AI Cooling II for the CPU at some point, then the CPU would be completely covered and AI Cooling II could work even better.
It would be great if this were to come with Armoury Crate FanXpert AI Cooling II.
