A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).
10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

Hi,
I cannot access device page as it prompts me a prerequsite update is required to continue.
However when I update I get a failed update after download is complete
form filled in and logs attached

Hi Rog Dev Team,
I am using Asus Rog Strix Scar 17 SE 2022 (G733CX - LL013WS) model laptop.
Issue:
I have an issue with the Aura Creator. I am not able to find the laptop's Keyboard, Logo, Light Bar RGB Lights to customize them in Aura Creator. It always says "No devices available".
On clicking on "Available Devices", I don't see the laptop itself in the list.
However in Armoury Crate I see the laptop listed in Synced Devices of Aura Sync and check box enabled on it.
Troubleshooting:
I have done the following steps to see if the issue can be fixed by myself
1) Uninstalled the Armoury Crate with Armoury Crate Uninstaller tool
2) Downloaded and installed the latest version of Armoury Crate along with Aura Creator
3) Updated all the Drivers in the "Update Center" of the Armoury Crate
these steps didn't solve the issue.
kindly help and provide your support to fix this.

Before running the tools,
1. Complete backup your system.
2. Disable ASUS Apps from BIOS (MyASUS and Armoury)
3. Run ASUS remove tools (Armoury Crate Uninstall Tool.exe, or geek_uninstall.exe).
4. Remove all ASUS applications, including AISuite, ASUSIme, etc. via their uninstall tool.
5. Reboot and then Run the tool with Admin permission.
6. Reboot to finish all clean up.
7. Run the tool repeatedly to do backup and clean again and again.

unable to update devices and components. I've tried everything listed other than reinstalling windows as that is ridiculous.

Wanted to post my recent issue. My system would intermittently lock up and do a full restart of Windows 11, especially if the system was using the graphics system, like gaming or video watching, tho sometimes at idle. System is an Asus G513QY AMD Advantage laptop running 24H2. This has been going on for 2-3 months, and no Events recorded. Drove me nuts, making gaming nearly impossible, as resets would occur after 15 minutes, tho I may get lucky sometimes.
I narrowed the issue down to that the system would cause drives to disconnect for an instant, either USB or internal NVMe, and the resets would occur when it's the OS drive that does this. I knew it was something with Power Management, and recently I finally fixed it: I stopped using the Armoury Crate Power Schemes, and used Windows ones, and I stopped having the system hangs and resets. OS is 26100.1591, and I think the AC power profiles need to be updated for the upcoming OS.
