A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).
10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

Mine looks similar to that and Armoury Crate is up top as in your screenshot. I'll send how it looks like tomorrow.

@MasterC here you go sir... I did try turning WDL off and see but didn't help. Just my addressable RGB options are missing, I have about 6 fans, HerculX, and Thor PSU connected to these RGB slots, I used to be able to create different lighting profiles for each pair but now they are all linked as one unit under motherboard in Aura Creator.

I think is is not ready. I did test and consisten. I did send a note to office on that a few weeks ago. you can disable that on bios. and use the normal way

Hello,
it seems like that Armoury Crate is causing for me and many other customers 0d errors on reboots.
I already tried the following:
- Re-seat DRAM
- Re-seat CPU
- Check cooler pressure
- Try different DRAM Kits
- Run everything on default settings
- different BIOS versions
I then did a clean Win 11 installation and installed everything without installing Armoury Crate. Everything is running fine
I created a backup with Acronis
I installed Armoury Crate and had directly 0d errors on reboots.
I restored my backup with acronis and the system is running without Armoury Crate again without a single 0d error on reboots.
I can always reproduce it as soon as I installed Armoury Crate, updating every AC component, synced my Aura Sync Lightning and then perform a restart. it will always end in an 0d error.
System:
AMD Ryzen 9 7950X3D
ROG CROSSHAIR X670E EXTREME
64GB G.Skill Tridentz RGB 6000 CL30 (F5-6000J3040G23G)
PNY RTX 4090 XLR8

i also have reboot issue, with z790 hero + i9 13900k + g.skill 6400mhz
but at intel q code was 55 after restart. this was old issue for me, but rare happend lately. no like dec 2023.
now only happen 1 time a week just random, symptoms is ram rgb stop sync with other pheriperal rgb

I can't confirm. Everything works for me with Armoury Crate V. 5.9.4.0. Everything is fine as it should be.

Hello.
Just a note
Got a new update today from AC. After installing and restarting AC again, the Rog Strix 3060 graphics card was not in the device list. I ran a disk cleanup with Wise diskcleaner, cleaned out the cockies, then had to log into my account again in AC so AC had to reload my devices and after that the graphics card came back in.
Everything works great again

icue cannot control the onboard leds anymore since update to v5.9.4.0 i have icue v 5.7.110 installed my motherboard is a ROG MAXIMUS Z790 FORMULA and have done a un-install of all software and re-installed it all as well as a windows in place repair so a fresh copy of windows and no luck this has been bugging me for around 2 months and corsair have been unable to help.
armoury crate aura effects shows as paused thus thinking icue is controlling it but no effects change the leds at all only whatever armoury crate is set to. I am unwilling to erase windows completely as i have 4 user accounts setup an lots of files and folders as this was working with no problem until it just stopped working.
any help would be greatly appreciated

The Xiaomi Smart Lightstrip Pro does not turn off when shutting down the PC. It only turns off when the computer is put into sleep mode.

Ciao. io riscontro molti problemi con illuminazione aura, le luci non rispondono come dovrebbero, sembrano impazzite. tutto funzionava benissimo fino a 3 mesi fa, poi, dopo un aggiornamento, tutto quanto non ha piu' funzionato per me. ogni illuminazione porta a colori disordinati e poco gradevoli alla vista.

Hi. I have a lot of problems with aura lighting, the lights don't respond as they should, they seem to go crazy. Everything worked great until 3 months ago, then, after an update, everything stopped working for me. Every lighting leads to messy and unpleasant colors to the eye.
