A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).
10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

Not sure what happened but just updated to this and now any time I restart my PC Armoury Crate seems to block FanXpert from AI Suite III from auto loading my created fan profile. I have to go into AI Suite > Fan Xpert > and load my desired custom profile. I've seen references to a Fan Xpert 4 around here that seems to be built into AC but I don't seem to have that on a Crosshair Hero VIII board? All I get is on the Dashboard the 4 default Fan Speed profiles (Silent, Standard, Turbo, Full Speed) all grayed out and none of my custom ones and no obvious way to access a "fan xpert 4" vs the version that's in AI Suite III?
edit: It looks like the Fan Xpert version in AI Suite III actually IS version 4, but I don't know why it doesn't show up with editing options in Armory Crate or why Armory Crate is all of a sudden blocking it from loading the correct profile on boot other than this new version just having an issue.

on TUF B450 PLUS II the Fan Speed Controls have no Effect since the latest Update of the App

After update to new version Crosshair VI Hero is recognized in the Dashboard Sysinfo, but not appearing in Aura Sync and Update Center anymore. Clean reinstall of the software didn't help.
Submitted the form. Hope you make it work again and improve the board's support.
P.S. In the previous version the control of the RGB headers on the board didn't work either, but I guess that's a different topic. If you fix support for the Crosshair VI Hero maybe look into this, too. Would be nice to regain control over devices connected to the RGB headers.

Same problem here!
Aura don't see motherboard ROG Strix Z390-H Gaming (i see it on navigation desktop but not in aura menu or device list)
Also after uninstaling and reinstaling Armoury Crate i can't dowload any drivers via aplication.
Aura see graphic card and ram on motherbord, but motherborad and connected to it fans no.
Issue to me appears today, ealier all works fine.

Just noticed an issue with lightingservice. The bug of increasing memory handles seems to be back. Thought not in the exponentially increasing manner from a few months ago. Anytime I wake my monitors up from standby (just the monitors, PC is not allowed to sleep), the lighting all flashes off/on a couple times and if I check Task Manager/Details the lightingservice has gone from around 1100 handles to 4000+. The lighting shutting off/on a couple times when waking the monitors up is a new behavior as well.

For some reason, my motherboard (TUF B450M-PLUS GAMING) no longer gets recognized by Armoury Crate. I can only apply lighting settings to my RAM kit.

RAM memory ARGB does not work after reboot.
After what seems to be the latest update (fresh W11 install), Aura will recognize and configure "Memory" as normal/should/expected. However, on reboot, "Memory" disappears from Aura and is defaulted to Rainbow only. Windows Dynamic Lighting was disabled before installing Armoury Crate and is also disabled in BIOS. Uninstalling/reinstalling Armoury Crate fixes the problem until Windows is restarted, then problem reappears. Seems to be an issue redetecting or reinitializing the memory's RGB. Previous versions worked.

Panel overdrive is missing again. It disappears pretty much every time you use the armoury crate removal tool to reinstall it or use cloud recovery in the bios. Hopefully I don't need to make another log, and I also hope I don't need to come here and tell you every time because the hotfix isn't on the g814jz driver page.

Putting GPU into "Eco mode" on my Rog Strix G15 laptop makes Armoury Crate Service and nvidia container use a lot of cpu.
