A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).
10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

I can see your form, but no log was attached. Please record a log and attach to your existing form. Thanks.
Since my 3080 is showing up fine, it should an isolated case, so we need your log.

Ive reuploaded the log file. I had to upload everything in the form again. let me know if you require any more info. btw... ROGLiveService and ArmouryCrateUserSessionHelper.exe are still leaking handles big time (grows continuously every second)

It shows that you hadn't installed VGA dll v0.0.6.6 + VGA HAL v0.0.6.9 at the time of sending the report. Have you updated since then? And are you still having issues?

About a year and a half ago, the matplate of the company mentioned above was received, when installing the OS, the Armory Crate utility was installed from the box. After a couple of hours of use, the computer started to hang on us, the umbrella was moving, but nothing opened/It was closing, not even time was passing. By way of exceptions, it was discovered that the problem is due to the Armory Crate. It was decided to take down this software, which, in fact, helped, after the removal program, the dependency was limited and did not appear until today. A couple of days ago, I purchased ROG RYUJIN II 360 ARGB, and I need the same program to control it. After almost a year and a half, I fixed it, and it doesn't cause such problems anymore, but NO!!!! As soon as I installed Armory Crate, after a few hours of computer operation it depended on us!!!!
From the moment of purchase until today, absolutely all components have been replaced, including the motherboard (the same, only 2 versions of WIFI). I can't attach the log, because I have to turn off the PC from the button

AC shouldn't be causing your PC to crash. Can you confirm if the behaviour is the same at Optimised Defaults and with EXPO disabled [Ai Tuner Auto]?

I have no overclock, no AI Tuner installed and DOCP in auto.
The PC doesn't crash. I build PCs for more than 30 years and the older PC i've built works fine this last 15 years. I always check the Event Viewer in the latest Windows versions for seeing if everything is really OK.
The Event Viewer spam always the same error if i install the latest versions fo ASUS WDL HAL (2.1.0.0 from Feb and 3.2.0.0 from May) but the PC and AC works fine.

Update from today:
I install AC on my laptop wich is whit windows 11 installed, still the same problem whit Aura Creator - it crash on startup. One thing that i tried - whit Omni reciever unpluged from usb port and USB cabel disconected from keybord, Aura Creator is started normaly. When I connect USB cable to the keyboard, at the moment when Azoth keyboard is showed in the list whith available device, Aura Creator crash whitout any warning. If Omni reciever is pluged in, Aura Creator crash immediately at startup. Please help to resolve this issue.
