A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
Armoury Crate MUST run from Admin account, and NOT Standard account under Windows.
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form. Upload log file to your cloud service if too large then provide the link.
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple forms for the same issue).
10. Log in to the ROG Forum regularly and check your inbox in case there are updates for your case or more info is requested.

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

Such problems have been occurring since the release of the Asus Z790 Dark Hero. Most likely due to the Asus services/Armoury Crate. After a restart or waking from power saving mode, either the Aura Sync was not executed correctly or the FanXpert fan settings were reset or, for example, if you use the GPU temperature as a reference value, it was deleted again. Setting the two services "AsusFanControlService" and "ASUS AURA SYNC lighting service" to the start type "Automatic (delayed start)" solves the problem. From experience, I can say that many Asus services have problems if they are started "too early" by default. For example, your "USB Wattage App" with the normal autostarter setting in the task manager only starts the app in rare cases, and if it fails to start, the app is broken and can no longer be started. The PC must then be restarted. The only solution that will ensure that the app always starts 100% of the time is to disable autostart and start the app manually a few minutes after starting the PC, or to wait for the small detail (not everyone notices this) that after logging into the PC, Windows refreshes the desktop screen for a short moment. This usually happens after Windows has started all background services. The app can then be started without any problems.

The monitor Asus 29.5" ROG Strix XG309CM and the capture card Asus Tuf cu4k30 do not appear in Armoury Crate. On the laptop, the capture card Asus Tuf cu4k30 is recognized. Comparing logs, the computer lacks ENE Video Capture Box HAL 1.0.3.0.

Now the program detects the monitor, thanks to the Ukrainian support from ASUS. It turns out that it was necessary to connect another cable in addition to the DisplayPort. There is still an issue with the Asus TUF CU4K30: why doesn't Armory Crate allow downloading HAL?

well is on the manual.
And yes all compatible create products need a HAL since acts as an interface between the hardware and the operating system

I received a written response from my request. "Armoury Crate doesn't support TUF GAMING CAPTURE BOX-CU4K30." How can this be if it is displayed on the laptop and synchronized with aura sync. I now have some kind of ambiguous opinion. Is it possible to somehow service ENE Video Capture Box HAL 1.0.3. transfer from laptop to computer?

Hi @MasterC ,
While troubleshooting for something else, I had to uninstall Armoury Crate. Now that I have reinstalled it, I can no longer see my ROG MAXIMUS Z790 DARK HERO device page. All I see is a LOADING spinner. I can see every other device page properly and there are no updates being shown to me.
In order to submit the logs (unless you know what I can check that would cause the loading spinner to be shown all the time), how long do you want me to wait in front of the loading spinner before I go back to end the logging session?
FYI, everything was working with respect to the Armoury Crate on my fresh Windows 11 install till I needed to troubleshoot issue with the Audio. The MbLedSDK v3.00.25 installer is bad and you can read more about it Re: Can ASUS Support Fix Realtek Audio Drivers wit... - Page 2 - Republic of Gamers Forum - 1019556 for the Z790 DARK HERO board. To find this problem, I have now created a problem with Armoury Crate not loading. So I am looking for some help here.
