A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.

Please Read First:

Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (DO NOT remove or delete manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)

DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at 30 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:

1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE  to submit a form
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple form for the same issue).

How to record a log

First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

I sold my aio 2 days ago man, bought a corsair and i wont have to deal with this crappy software. i suggest that you do the same. my psu, ram and aio are corsair and icue software is clean and works like a charm. 

unfortunately my mb is z790 dark hero and i cant get rid of it for now.

Asus G21CX Case Aura sync not working in latest update.
ROG Falchion and Pugio II sync fine, just not the tower.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled using the ASUS tool.
I am thinking it might be a windows RGB linkage bug because before that feature launched it was all fine.
I could be wrong but, that is just my two cents.
I tried with it both enabled and disabled and no dice.

Sound Optimization no longer working after the new January 4th update on ROG DELTA

My household contains 4 different ASUS-based systems, using the following motherboards-

Maxmus Z690 Extreme (w/ 13900KS + Strix 3090)
TUF Gaming Z690-PLUS WIFI D4 (w/ 12700K + Strix 3080)
ROG Strix B550i (w/ 5800x3D + Strix 3090)
Prime Z490-A (w/ 10700K, iGPU only)

All are running W11 with the latest version of Armoury Crate and its associated updates installed.

Since the mid-December round of updates, every single one of these systems have experienced a memory leak in the RAM, in which the system's RAM + page file will gradually fill up over time and eventually lead to a complete system crash as Windows itself begins failing. Windows 11 responds by assigning over 100GB to the system-managed page file, where previously it assigned less than 16GB. Unfortunately, the increased page file size merely delays the crash a little- the leak is still present, and evident if you track RAM+Page File utilization using a program such as HWINFO.

Opening up 'services.msc' and restarting the 'ASUS Aura Sync lighting service' will 'reset' the memory usage. Unfortunately, it will begin immediately filling up again. The only 'permanent' solution is to uninstall Armoury Crate or disable the ASUS AURA SYNC lighting service outright.

This is a problem across 4 separate ASUS systems spanning multiple hardware generations. It is not system-specific, nor specific to AMD or Intel. This needs to be fixed.

I will provide any additional information required.

Rog Delta S user, today i pressed the update button and sound optimisation is not working at all in Armoury Crate. The sound is compressed and i cannot do anything about it. Adding bass doesnt add the bass, switching to Flat doesnt make the sound Flat etc etc.

The headset is unusable especially in FPS games. Im also mad given people are reporting this issue for DAYS and still nothing is fixed.

FIX THIS ASUS ASAP CANNOT PLAY TARKOV WITH THIS BROKEN AUDIO.

ROG DELTA S - EQ and other sound features in Armoury Crate is not working after updates on 2024/1/4 which are ASUS Framework Service - HS PLUG IN(Ver 1.2.11), HAL(Ver 1.3.61.0), Device SDK(Ver 3.01.17)

Has the team already fixed the momentous Lightning Service memory leak that is crashing PCs left and right? That should be someone's TOP priority at this point, no?

For anyone with the EQ issue, please uninstall and install again as a temporary solution. An update will be released later this week.
