A new Armoury Crate major release is now available. This is the official thread to report issues.
Please Read First:
Uninstall legacy Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (do not remove manually) - now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at least 60 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:
1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.
3. DO NOT report issues if facing improper uninstallation or registry issues - please resolve first
4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock was stable previously)
5. Verify and confirm issues before reporting (do not make multiple posts while still in the process of troubleshooting)
6. Post a brief description of your issue in this thread (less than 50 words)
7. Record and generate a log (change the extension from .LogE to .txt). Prepare some screenshots and photos if applicable.
8. Complete the online Google form: Click HERE to submit a form
9. Save the link to the form in case you need to revise or upload additional files (do not submit multiple form for the same issue).

How to record a log
First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Avoid locations synced to OneDrive)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

After installing latest update for FanXpert system fans working abnormal. Uninstall/Install of Armory Crate with the tool not helped.Auto Tuning stuck at 99%.

@MasterC Please assists on issue mentioned above ASAP. Abnormal behavior of fans prevents from playing games. I'm using custom liquid cooling system and radiators requires proper work of fans.

Armoury Crate won't recognize my Ryujin II ever sine this update. It just shows the default start up animation and I cant access any of the AIO settings. Please help

WE STILL NEED THE OPTION TO SELECT C OR F FOR TEMPERATURE READINGS.
I FIND IT INCREDIBLY STUPID THAT YOU DON'T HAVE THAT OPTION IN ARMOURY CRATE.
THE MOST BASIC SOFTWARE HAS THAT OPTION.
MY ARMOURY CRATE HAS C WITH NO OPTION TO CHANGE IT TO F WHICH IS WHAT IT SHOULD BE...DUHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!
FIX THIS GARBAGE!!!

I have a ROG Zephyrus M15 laptop. I7-10750H, NVIDIA RTX 2060, 16 GB RAM. Bought Laptop 2 yrs ago and everything has worked fine with AC. But this last update has really hosed me. In TURBO mode it works as normal in window or any windows program like Google Chrome and watching videos or during game LOADING (CPU runs up to 4.5 Ghz) . But as soon as I load into ANY game (ESO, Starfield...any) my CPU will never go above 2.567GHz. Temps always remained at 90 deg C or lower...so it isnt overtemp. While running windows programs my CPU temp in Turbo rarely goes above 60 deg C.
So basically TURBO mode works in Windows 10 or while LOADING games, but as soon as game loads the CPU frequency drops to 2.567 Ghz and never changes more than +/- 100mhz more or less.
EDIT: Ok I did get the Uninstall to work using your directions above MasterC (Thanks). Re-installed fresh copy of Armoury Crate and still doing the same thing.
I have submitted the required google form. Please assist as games are 100% unplayable at 2.5 ghz.

I believe the laptop will start to throttle at ~87 degrees, please make sure the laptop is on a hard surface without much stuff around to block the airflow. Clean the vents with a toothbrush if necessary. To verify the threshold, try placing a fan next to the laptop to test.

My laptop is on a hard surface, vents clean (checked them and fins that I could see and no dust/debris present). What is odd is AC will work SOMETIMES. Like today its working great. But its like 1 out of 10 times that it will work in TURBO. Being as it is working...I played some STARFIELD and temps do get into the high 80's but then fans kick in max and keep it around high 70C - 84C mostly.
My issue is this started with the latest update to AC. Previous versions work great.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by it works in Turbo sometimes? What happens if it doesn't work?

When AC Turbo mode works the CPU will run up to 4500Mhz and GPU will go up to 1900+ Mhz.
But when Turbo mode doesn't work (even though it allows me to select TURBO mode in AC) I keeps the CPU at no more than 2567 Mhz and GPU around 1560 Mhz. And when it isnt "working" it only does it once I load into a game. During Game loading or while in Windows (watching videos, email...etc) it will run in Turbo, but stop after any game fully loads in. Or if I tab out of the game Turbo starts working again, but Tab back into game the CPU drops to 2567 Mhz again and GPU to 1560 Mhz.
EDIT: on a whim...I closed and restarted AC several times (7 or so).... and got it to work in Turbo mode. Played Starfield for 3 hours no issues. Something is off with AC if I can get it to work at random and it to be rock solid after I do get it to work.
