A new Armoury Crate major release is now available.

Please install using Armoury Crate Installer V3.2.5.2 (approx: 3MB), download link here:

Please Read First:

Uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (do not remove manually) - New: now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at least 60 seconds)
Forms MUST be completed and submitted in order to be processed.
Forms from non-forum members will NOT be processed
Must post a brief description in this thread (do this before filling in a form) to receive status updates.

Must read before reporting issues:

1. THIS IS NOT A THREAD FOR GENERAL CHAT, please report issues ONLY (try to find related threads or create a new one)
2. Try to reboot the system after updates are installed, and check again.

4. Revert system to stock speeds to check if errors are caused by excessive overclocking (even if overclock used to be stable)

How to record a log

First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Sign out of OneDrive if Sync is enabled for the location selected)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

I have run uninstaller tool before, use all the instructions and run the installer from the link above - all went smooth - all recognised as it should - but still that HAL installation is not going through! I really don't want to reinstall WIndows now.... Any help please? 🙂 Screenshot is attached for the error code

Aura creator still not working with Asus rog rtx 3080.

Since october/novemeber 2022 the gpu stopped working with aura creator. (i've also read this issue in the forums)

Its not working since creator 3.4.3 so is not realated to 3.5.7. Also due to the failure of 5.4.8.0 i had to format my pc and upgraded from win10 to win11 and same issue. So yeah... definetly not a windows or update error.

With armoury crate works fine, but i cannot sync my effects with aura creator, the leds are just dark and aura creator shows that way:

EDIT: After reinstalling (3.5.7) and restarting several times, now seems to be working again so i will update if stops working

EDIT2: Issue appeared again after nvidia driver update from 531.18 to 531.29. Same issue that made the gpu stop working since 6 months ago

The issue appeared again, this is so annoying. To make things work with this software i have to restart/resintall everything several times till they work if they do....
I updated nvidia drivers from 531.18 to 531.29 and aura creator no longer works with my gpu. It show the device but there is no effect, just dark. Same issue since 6 monts ago....

In Game Effects checkbox resets on boot.

I always have to turn it off every time i boot my pc and play a supported game. This is not related to 5.4.10.0 and also read about it in the forums but i think it should be saved by user preference and not reset on boot.

EDIT: Logs Attached. The issue ocurrs when you shut down and start again. If you turn off in game effects and you reboot your pc it keeps off, but if you shut down then backs to on dispite of being disabled.

You have indeed submitted a form for the previous version (V5.3.4.0), but without a log. only a screenshot. Please fill out a new form (find link in original post) and remember to attach a log. Thanks.

I DID attach log file back then but the google form apparently doesn't allow me to upload .logE files (i didn't notice before).. so i filled the google form again, and added the .jpg extension to the log file so i could upload it.
So just remove the ".jpg" from log file if you possibly get to solving my issue.

Same problems persist still. Red notification dot for nothing on AIO pump. Upon waking the system from sleep its hit and miss once armoury crate engages and syncs everything, sometimes Ryujin 360 rgb light remains off, temp display frozen at its current display and fan is locked off, putting entire system in danger. Must restart system to get it back to working state then its just matter of time waking from system sleep before happens again.
