Uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (do not remove manually) - New: now included in the standard installer (right-click on icon in Windows Start Menu)
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at least 60 seconds)

How to record a log

First, check the Record log box to start recording (Setting/About/App diagnostics)
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice. (Sign out of OneDrive if Sync is enabled for the location selected)
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

The form with the log was received, thanks. I mentioned to rename as a .txt file n the instructions, but .jpg works also.

I have downloaded the installer from the link on the post. Please install using Armoury Crate Installer V3.2.5.2 (approx: 3MB), download link here:

I understand that it should contain also the uninstaller, but there was only the installer in the package.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (do not remove manually) - New: now included in the standard installer

I downloaded the uninstaller manually, run it, and installed again Armoury Crate 5.4.10.0

My problem is that I cannot obtain :

After reinstalling AC I still have Aura Wallpaper Service 1.3.5.0 and no Aura Wallpaper Creator.
How can Update Aura Wallpaper Service to version 1.4.6.0? (I tried to reinstall twice with same results.)

For several months I have had a problem with the lack of backlighting of two keyboard buttons: "|" and "Enter". When I do not use "Aura Creator" and use "Basic Effects" on Armoury Crate all keys are highlighted correctly, but when I want to use - Aura Sync, Aura Creator the backlighting of the "Enter" key and the "" key never works. This is clearly a software problem. After launch Aure Creator message appears: "No devices available". I have newest updated versions:

It looks like that the issue is related to the number of leds available in Armoury Crate. My motherboard supports up to 500 leds however Armoury Crate supports just 360. To figure out this issue I manually edited LastProfile.xml file by defining 225, 225 and 50 for three available 5V interfaces but the device page still unavailable to me. Are you already investigating my issue ? Support form already submitted a few days ago.

There is this problem that is present as lon as I remember using Armoury crate, It's the way that Armourycrate try to make paterns for the Ram modules:

Here is some example using the new static gradient patern:

Horizontal gradient:

The same patern but reversed:

See how all the paterns just don't make any sense at all?

There is a way in ICUE, to change the DIMM placement and change the orientation of the DIMM, but nothing make sense if Armoury crate doesn't light up the good LED at the good location in the first place.
