Uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (do not remove manually)
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at least 60 seconds)

First, check the Record log box to start recording
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

Sorry, we do not provide support for Razer software related issues.

After Nvidia 512.95 driver update, my asus gpu can not be controlled by razer synapse as some guys said its about armoury crate that does share sdk and gpu stay hidden for apps and gpu rgb stuck to its last state. its not only me other people have this problem too. its not about a specific series of gpu all asus gpus with rgb have this problem even the new 40 series.
I put some links that other people have this issue. this happens after 512.95 driver and if you downgrade to this version the problem will be fixed instantly.

If the issue only happens after the 512.95 driver, then it would seem that is the root cause and you should contact NVIDIA. Sorry, we do not provide support for Razer Synapse.

I already did that in live chat with their support and he said if this is only happening with Asus gpus they should update their apps. I attach a pdf file that is my live chat with nvidia support.

good morning
the boot restart problem has been fixed.
i installed a second nvme in raid 0 and consequently had to reinstall everything. For the rog fan controll I still have everything attached to the motherboard so I don't know
also i disabled quick start in windows

Form received with screenshot only, no log provided, please explain issue or concern clearly.

I can definitely confirm for those that use Corsairs' devices and ICUE to control it, the Asus plugin is not working when Armoury crate is installed. Irony, cause ICUE needs Armoury to be able to work with the plugin. I haven't isolated the problem just yet, but I am pretty sure it has something to do with Fanxpert of armoury. I hope for some solution to this.

hi guys i have the following problem my armory crate the page for my x670e hero won't open it says there is an error and the page is reloaded and he does it again and again. I've already uninstalled armory crate and re-installed it didn't help you know what to do
