Uninstall Aura Sync software if already installed.
Always uninstall Armoury Crate using our uninstall tool (do not remove manually)
DO NOT delete files manually after uninstalling Armoury Crate
DO NOT modify the registry
Try to perform a power cycle to resolve lighting issues (shutdown and unplug power supply for at least 60 seconds)

First, check the Record log box to start recording
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)
Click on the Generate log data button
Save the log file to a location of your choice.
Stop the recording
Remember to upload this log file to the Google Form (change file extension to .txt first)

Maybe I'm blind and dont know how to turn this feature on, but in the 5.2.12.0 notes this item was listed:

5. [Motherboard] Added "Aura Sync mode" for AniMe Matrix Motherboards

I cannot find this Aura Sync mode anywhere in Armory Crate on my Z690 Glacial.

I'm using ROG STRIX Z690-F GAMING WIFI motherboard with 2 Kingston FURY Beast DDR5 RGB memory, the model name is KF560C40-16.
I've already uninstalled/Installed Amoury Crate by using the tools from this post and also installed the 20220927 version HAL but Amoury Crate still can not detect the memory.

Problem solved.
I just turn on my computer tonight and Kingston memory RGB works fine.

Form and log submitted, no lighting service related info in the log, please record and replicate again, thanks.

Devices Tab shows 6 Aura Sync Compatible devices, yet I cannot sync any of them that I normally have synced because the Aura Sync tab does not detect ANY of my Aura Sync Compatible devices. Also, the Device Tab does not show any options for adjusting settings for any of my 6 ASUS devices and my Scenario Profiles tab shows no options for my saved Scenario profile.

I have done a full uninstall of Armoury Crate using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool and full install using the most recent Armoury Crate install tool.

23 OCT 2022 Update;
I was looking through Task Manager on my computer, as I noticed inconsistent CPU usage, and I found that 'ARMOURY CRATE User Session Helper' process is running for about 2-4 seconds and then crashing repeatedly. There are occasional times where 'ARMOURY CRATE User Session Helper' process status will say 'Suspended' just before the process disappearing from the Processes list in Task Manager. I have attached a picture to this post showing the 'Suspended' status (highlighted in blue). If another log file is requested to be uploaded, please let me know I will upload it within 48 hours.

24 OCT 2022 Update:
Created a new log file. Completed Form again with new log.
