Fyi, we did few remote sessions with an engineer from Asus and he find out and succesfully fixed what the problem is for this particular issue; by looking at it, it seems that everytime you launch armory crate after a reboot, the motherboard check process detect the motherboard as a new one, making the rgb revert back to default (rainbow).It should be fixed for the next update (end of the month maybe?)

Edit: well I didn't see they were an update today, but it's probably it, I'll have to check.

Have an issue where when I install Armoury crate, the computer just straight up slowdown and randomly freeze, even getting a bluescreened (module causing it being NTOSKRNL.....which does NOT happens when armoury crate is not installed).

The app stay frozen, which make it impossible for me to to see the components versions or even get a log...but I do see in the task manager that both the Aura service AND the Microsoft Malware Protection running crazy CPU-wise...which does raise my eyebrows on that, and I do have the event viewers log and the bluescreen it cause me (did not delete the dump yet)

Yes. Same issue for me. I am sure previous user have already uploaded their log in the first few page of the thread.

It was working in the previous version but the latest update cause aura creator not able to detect my Crucial Ballistix RGB memory.

Any help in this?

I sent the log and form some time ago! The issue can't be so difficult to solve because was working fine for more than year! After the last two updates that stop to work, specifically when Central ASUS HAL is updated. It's just to check what was changed!

Yeah, today's update didn't fix much. Same problem as before: Lightingservice keeps crashing over and over again. Windows says it crashes roughly 20 times every 30 minutes.

Hi,

I am having quite strange issues in AC when trying to display "device page" (either for MB or graphics card), finally showing "error 2005". I never tried to uninstalll Edge. I used twice the recommended tool to uninstall AC, reinstalled.... even with the reboots... I even could install the corsair plugin (and that was a pain...) ... So with latest release / patches , memory sync is OK, but... Still no luck with "device page"...
What I "saw" through task manager is that some background AC tasks are "interrupted" (and many edge processes).
