Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)

Unable to access my device settings (tab) "ROG MAXIMUS Z690 APEX", because I am forced to update the device/component (ROG MAXIMUS Z690 APEX, HTML, Version: 3.01.02, Date: 2022/07/18) before, and the update (download, install, crash, hang/loop) does not work within "Armoury Crate 5.1.5.0" App correctly.

I'm using the ROG Strix Flare II (non animate) and Chakram X and I'm not having any issues updating.

Double check device manager for any missing drivers.

Try updating at default settings. If you still get code 18, use the Armoury Crate uninstall tool and reinstall Armoury Crate.

Select your operating system then click Show all in red, it's the second download.

I don't have any missing drivers in device manager
I uninstalled and reinstalled AC with the dedicated uninstaller download support and still got error code 18
Before the firmware update proposal was showing Asus framework service version 3.00.04
On my screenshot appears the red alert for the keyboard and it's the same for the mouse if I start again
My little finger tells me I'm probably going to reinstall the system, something must be broken.

My Z690 Hero does not have the shutdown effect as well

Thank you I knew, but since none of my devices are showing under devices section this is not something I'm able to see or check unfortunately... 😞

I really like Armory Gate and its a step up from the brand I have come from.

Would it please be possible to support my RAM, so that each LED can be customized? This is a feature of the memory stick, but Asus software only allows it to be a single colour. The RAM is T-Force ARGB which is this one: https://www.teamgroupinc.com/en/product/xtreem-argb-white-ddr4

I did the update and I get error code 22 , but I did the clean install through the armorycreate installer and the same error 22 happens
