First, check the Record log box to start recording
Agree to the disclaimer
Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)

It's being reported in last 4 days a problem of Asus services not working in systems with Kaspersky security suites installed. If Kasperky is uninstalled everything works again. Example Syntom: "ASUS Com Service" (atkexComSvc.exe) never start. Aura Sync don't display nothing or only displays memory. Kaspersky staff is working in a solution. People with this behavior should uninstall KIS or KTS from the system. Problem confirmed in Windows 10 and 11. After uninstall all works again. No need to reinstall Armoury Crate.

Removing Kaspersky worked for me. However I had to uninstall Armoury Crate and reinstall it before the motherboard and Aura settings showed back up.

Thanks BlueDrako. Exact situation here. I had given up on Armoury Crate and uninstalled it. I uninstalled Kaspersky for a different reason couple days ago. After seeing your post I reinstalled Armoury Crate, None of the issues encountered before so far.

Please refer to the OP (original post) for instructions regarding how to report an issue. I need more info than this, such as which motherboard. Mine are working fine.

Having issue where I can no longer alter settings for AnimeMatrix, so I can't enable the function to have the matrix not showing when PC is turned off... have to turn off with PSU to be able to sleep lol

I've tried the suggested uninstall and reinstall method to no avail. The motherboard LED control and AI Suite cannot be found in Armoury Crate.

Aura Sync works with the GPU and motherboard LED headers though.

Here's a breakdown of my PC parts:

Ever since the latest update of Armory Crate my ROG-STRIX-RTX3080-O10G-WHITE-V2 is not recognized in Armory Crate and thus I cannot the RGB on card.

Strangely when I reinstalled windows 11 (fresh install) then I reinstall armoury crate again motherboard reappears but after installing some software such as adobe photoshop, stream deck, rgb fusion, razer chroma, kaspersky total security, etc and restarting several times the motherboard display disappeared again. There is conflict between armoury crate with other software I think
