Resolved after using uninstall tool

Same issue here, fixed only after unistalling and installing everything (Aura creator and armoury crate)

Okay, I crossed my fingers and proceeded. Ran the "uninstall tool" which reported success, then rebooted.

Ran the latest AC Installer. It failed with error 101. (Note: There are no problems with my internet.)
Rebooted, ran installer again. It failed with error 504.
Rebooted, ran installer again. It again failed with error 504.
Rebooted, ran the uninstaller again. It succeeded.
Rebooted, ran installer again. It failed with error 504.
Rebooted, ran installer again. It failed AGAIN with error 504.
Rebooted, ran "windows disk cleanup", deleted all temporary files.
Rebooted, ran installer again. This time, FINALLY, it succeeded. Maybe deleting the temporary files helped, or maybe it was ASUS servers, not sure since intermittent problems are tough to categorize -- but it finally worked.

So, the good news is that I finally have AC running again, with my Ryujin-II is displayed, and the Script Errors are gone.

The AC software is a disastrous tribute to Rube Goldberg. Far too many individual modules, far too little resiliency, too many points of failure in the software itself, the installer, and the uninstaller, and no granularity available to uninstall/reinstall individual components. I've spent far more time trying to fix/repair AC than I have on the rest of this system and all my other software combined.

Having AC installed feels like having a ticking time bomb inside my computer case. The slightest breeze seems to break it at random times and great efforts are required to get it functioning again. But it is the only option for controlling the pump on the Ryujin-II, so I guess I am stuck with it for now. It is certainly making me way less likely to buy ASUS products in the future.

Hi ImpetuousRacer and Psycrow, there is an unknown reason why DRAM HAL could not be uninstalled properly. Please run the file from the link below to reinstall.

I installed a new ROG Strix 2060 Video Card and it did not show up in Armoury Crate. I used the used the uninstall tool to uninstall crate. I then reinstalled crate, rebooted, ran updates. Now the new card shows up. HOWEVER, the G.Skill ram no longer shows up in Armoury Crate or Asus Creator (it did show up in both prior to uninstall).

Thank you. In middle of moving and this computer got shipped already. Will report back in a couple weeks. Thanks for the follow up!

Resolved by remote debugging - conflict with installed TT software.

I installed this file and rebooted my pc. Then my ram RGB started to look messy.
Here is a picture of how it looks after i installed the file.
Only 3 of the ram where light up and the 3 others was stuck on some rainbow mode that dident work right.
Also when i reboted again then only 2 of the ram was light up and the leds was stuck on random collours .
Still the ram wont show up in aura creator. So i uninstalled this file and unsynched my ram.

It dident work for me at all. It only messed up my rgb.
Any other suggestions ?

I installed the file, rebooted, checked for updates, there was an update for the ram, installed it, and now everything is good.
I only have 2 sticks of ram, and I created the profile in Aura Creator.
