First, check the Record log box to start recording

Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)

New 3.1.3. installer compleetly broke RoG Clavis access to Menu .Must enable Dennon headphone:) For clean install . Have old backup from january .AC update normal and all work fine - online instalator download 5.1.4 and must upgrade to 5.1.5 online insteller ?You must make beta test programm for AC or ofline drivers for ROG Clavis.

Have you updated to ROG Live Service v1.4.8.0 yet? (Should be available) Please make sure to update and try again if not.

After formatting SDD, installing a fresh copy of Windows 11 and installing latest Armoury Crate, the ROG Spatha page is still in blank when choosing it from the device menu (no information is shown).

I have recently uninstalled Armoury crate latest version using the uninstall tool provided by Asus. the soul purpose of my uninstall was because of the new feature aura wallpaper not working even after updating everything. Unfortunately now I am unable to install it back.....

Reason is as provided in the screenshot Error 101, check internet connection etc.... (No problems with my connection as its 300 mbs).

Any hints or suggestions on how to solve this dilemma :S ?

Please uninstall and install again with the latest programs, see links above. Try a full package installer to prevent possible network issues.
