Replicate the issue you are having (reboot if necessary - the log tool will keep running)

If you are having installation issues, please try the latest version of the installer. The full package installer may be the best for avoiding network issues.

Hi,
After today (18 May) "aura walpaper update" , the aura wallpaper stopped working. Till that update, everything was normal.
Please , test a few times before to send the updates...

I completely deleted the aura sync program several times and reinstalled it. This time, although I have installed a few aura wallpapers, it says there is no wallpaper installed and does not allow me to open the aura wallpaper section.

I can confirm there is a problem with aura wallpaper, keeps giving the error message, fix please

Hi.

Armoury Crate not working with my motherboard=Asus x570 Dark Hero, since the latest bios updates... Armoury Crate (latest version) does not detect my Mobo.

On laptop gx502gw i7-9750H RTX2070 keyboard lighting stops responding to changes after display is turned off due to inactivity.
To reproduce set turn off display after 1 minute in windows energy settings. Wait for display to turn off. Wake up display by pressing keyboard.
Keyboard lighting will now not respond to increase or decrease by keyboard or slider in armory crate.
To make keyboard lighting respond again I have to change lighting setting in armory crate from for example static in system panel to aura sync or vice versa.

Cannot upload image for LiveDash
the image resolution 128x32 px, gif, 908 Byte but show "Could not load image file. Please check the format, resolution or file size and try again" but I try many time, try to restart computer, create new file or download image animation from Rampage VI Extreme but still can't load

After this update I can't finish all


Now I have the mouse pointer with the "Working in background" circle!
To stop this I need to kill the process "ASUS NodeJS Web Framework (32 bit)" with all the consequences (no RGB, ...). After a few seconds, the process con up again and I continue to have this blue circle on the mouse pointer...
